3. Eligibility

To access the Service, you must create an account through BigCommerce's app installation process. You are responsible for:

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Subscription Fees

5.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. Contact our support team to request a refund.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXPERT ECOM LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
